ENQUIRIES:
Before purchasing please be sure you have asked all relevant questions. We welcome enquiries. Please click on Contact Details. We are happy to supply further images and postal costs.
PAYMENT/SHIPPING TERMS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard , British Sterling cheques, USA Dollar cheques (checks),
International Money Orders only in GBP sterling. Payment in Euro`s is also possible, but please contact us first to arrange details. Personal cheques from UK and USA banks will be cleared before items are dispatched.
We do not charge for packing or handling. All items will be dispatched within five working days following receipt of cleared funds. Delivery charges within the UK is normally based on using Special Delivery or First Class mail. If you wish, other arrangements for delivery can also be made, with appropriate costs. Delivery charges for shipping outside the UK are based on using International Recorded Mail, which is a traceable, insured airmail requiring a signature on delivery. This usually takes about one week to deliver.
All duties and import taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Insurance is at clients request, but we will not refund in the event of loss or damage if insured post has been declined.
All items must be paid for within 10 days or we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
RETURNS:
We guarantee the authenticity of all items sold.
Photographs are true, untouched and a fair representations of the actual items.
Descriptions are detailed and accurate as is any relevant condition information.
In the unusual event that a purchased item has been incorrectly represented or a
client is not completely satisfied, please let us know in writing within 48
hours of its receipt by fax or email. Return the item back to us within 10 days
of delivery and we will then refund the amount paid by you for the purchase,
less shipping costs. (See above re insurance.)
